Charlie cooked for our party of seven during a four-day trip to Texas, and exceeded
expectations in every respect. He was responsive during initial planning, put together
great menus, sourced high-quality ingredients, showed up punctually, prepared
delicious food, and cleaned up immaculately. From breakfast egg dishes to branzino,
lamb, and sticky toffee date cakes, his restaurant experience really shines through.

Charlie is TRULY amazing. I hired Charlie for a bachelorette for my friend and he was
incredible throughout the entire experience. He was easy to communicate with and plan
in a pretty tight window and then HIS FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. I will hire Charlie time
and time again based on my experience - highly recommend 10/10!

Absolutely fantastic meal for our Hill Country special day!! Such a beautiful and tasty Tex Mex dinner Charlie prepared for our romantic celebration. It all was fabulous!! The Tres Leches cake was out of this world!!! Thanks Charlie!!
